Ken Ginsberg

A graduate of Georgetown University earning a BSBA degree in finance and accounting, and earning a Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve Law School, Ken has extension experience in all facets of commercial and industrial real estate development, leases, acquisitions and brokerage. Ken was a practicing real estate and business attorney for thirteen years in his own firm which focused on real estate and business workouts, foreclosures, small business counseling, business acquisitions and mergers, real estate closings, business plans. His extensive knowledge of commercial loans came from 12 years in his own mortgage company specializing in commercial and residential nonconforming loans. Most recently, he worked as a senior broker in an international commercial brokerage firm handling leases, purchase and sale of primarily retail and industrial properties. Ken is an active participant in the local community and has served on the Board of Directors for The Jewish Community Center of Greater New Haven, West Haven Community House, Camp Laurelwood, West Haven Chamber of Commerce and the United Way Allocations Committee. He is currently serving on the BOD of B'nai B'rith Youth Organization and is responsible for the creation and solicitation for the endowment fund.
