Ken Furlong

Ken has been has been active in both the brokerage and development of commercial real estate for the last 20 years. He began his career in Commercial Real Estate as a Partner in his own projects and was involved with the development, leasing and management of shopping center properties. He has been involved with all facets of the development process including land acquisition, design, lease negotiation, financing, construction and investment sales.. These projects have included successful projects of Retail Centers and Flex Warehouse facilities in Georgia and Alabama. He has negotiated leases with national, regional and local tenants. His primary focus is to provide Marketing to Investors & Developers of Single Tenant & Multi-Tenant Investment Properties. He also provides Site Selection for Retail Developers along with Project Leasing for Landlords & Owners of Retail Developments. Ken is currently an active Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Georgia Board of Realtors and the National Board of Realtors.
