Kelsey Nakamura

With nearly a decade of industry experience, Kelsey Nakamura joined JLL as a Senior Vice President based in its Parsippany office. Kelsey previously served as a Director at Cushman & Wakefield. In her current role, she will focus on office brokerage assignments including tenant representation, agency leasing and portfolio clients, working with the team led by Tim Greiner. She has negotiated over 3.5 million square feet of transactions, with an aggregate deal value of over $750 million. Her deep understanding of tenant objectives and fresh perspective has helped companies transform their real estate to better attract the next generation of talent, and her insight into the landlord’s perspective enables her to provide a superior negotiating position in transactions.
