
Kelly-Ann B. Radetic joined Wolff Properties in 2007. Kelly-Ann was raised in San Diego, California, and moved to the Midwest in the late 1970s. She graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 1982, having double majored in political science and languages with an emphasis in Latin American Governments and Spanish. She earned her Juris Doctor from Drake University Law School in 1986. Kelly-Ann is licensed to practice in both the State of Texas and the State of Missouri, having started her career as an Associate with Wilson, Cribbs & Goren (formerly Reese, Meyer, and Cribbs) in Houston, Texas, before relocating back to the Midwest, where she honed in her expertise in real estate as a Senior Litigation and Transactional Attorney for the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission. She joined Wolff Properties in 2007 and, as its Vice President and General Counsel, plays an integral role in not only general business analysis and practices, but also in human resource management; corporate/entity governance; real estate acquisitions and dispositions; documentation, negotiation, and drafting of contracts, loan documents, service bids, leases, and other related documents; as well as assisting with other related corporate and real estate matters which may arise.
