Kelly Truitt

Kelly graduated from the University of Arkansas, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and real estate. He is responsible for CB Richard Ellis’ brokerage services program within the office and unimproved land markets in Memphis and the surrounding areas. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Kelly was a member of Henry Turley Company where he was in charge of all commercial property acquisitions, leasing, and marketing operations. Kelly’s clients range from large corporations like IBM to community organizations like the Memphis Redbirds. Achievements: Recipient of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR) Pinnacle Award for 2001, 2002, and 2003. This award recognizes the top 25 highest producing brokers in the city.
