Rivett has been active in the Sacramento real estate industry as an investor and advisor since 1997. He began his real estate career with the Mortgage Consultants Group, where he focused on residential mortgages. In 2000, he joined Grubb & Ellis’ Multifamily Investment Group in Sacramento and later formed the Apartment Investment Advisors Group in 2012.
