Kelly Mizell

Kelly has over 10 years of property management experience. As Property Manager for Travis Commercial, she oversees the operations of four (4) office buildings (250,000 square feet), two (2) retail properties (147,846 square feet) and a business park (243 acres). This includes staffing, budgeting, contract services, collections and owner reporting. In Kelly’s former position as Property Manager for Koontz-McCombs, she was responsible for overseeing operations of two (2) office buildings (170,000 square feet), an industrial property (440,000 square feet) and a business park in Houston (270 acres) and various land developments. Prior to her position for Koontz-McCombs, Kelly was an Assistant Manager with Transwestern Property Company for a high-rise, Class “A” building totaling 285,000 square feet. Her experience includes management and all aspects of accounting.
