They love being involved in the community they call "home" they have raised three kids in this community with two more left! Growing up in Grand Junction and graduating from Fruita Monument High School has established her broad database as well as her local area knowledge. As many "locals" do, she moved to the front range in 2001 where she obtained her real estate license in 2003 and joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage where she specialized in residential resale. In 2005 she joined the residential sales team at Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences in Denver, CO as Marketing and Sales Manager where she oversaw the sales and marketing efforts on the new $350M 45-story high-rise from groundbreaking through completion. Following the completion of Four Seasons in 2010, she moved back "home" to Western Colorado. Shortly thereafter in October 2011, she married Michael Maves of Maves Construction who is a general contractor specializing in beautiful custom homes and commercial buildings. With her background in real estate sales and knowledge of the Grand Valley, she is confident in being able to help you find your dream home. In June 2013 they begin a new journey as The Maves Group. Their experience and industry expertise speaks for themselves. Marketing is her passion. One thing she loves is the challenge of coming up with innovative ways to market her client's homes.
