In his ten years of experience in restaurant development, notably for franchises such as Cora and Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria, Kelly’s responsibilities include finding the perfect location for franchisees and negotiating leases all over Canada. In 2014, he decided to take his already extensive knowledge of location scouting and lease negotiation into the exciting world of commercial real estate.
