Kelly Conaway

As Managing Director for the greater Philadelphia region, Kelly Conaway provides strategic leadership and direct oversight on all business development, design, communications and social and digital marketing initiatives for the firm’s Greater Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Connecticut and Long Island operations. Her responsibilities include leading a team of 14 marketing and design professionals while partnering with Management, Research and Americas Marketing to support business development, existing account management and brand expansion to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients. Prior to joining CBRE, Conaway began her career leading business development and marketing at various architecture firms. Conaway serves as a mentor in both the EMPOWER and EMERGE mentoring programs at CBRE. She is also active in the CBRE’s Women’s Network and Black Excellence, among others.
