Kelly Blair
Chief Financial Officer of Mark IV Capital, Inc.
Serving as the Chief Financial Officer, Kelly Blair is responsible for the oversight of all finance and accounting efforts for the Firm including fund administration and investor reporting, valuation analysis, compliance, financial reporting, budgets and forecasting, debt capital markets, treasury, cash management and financial analytics for all Mark IV's real estate holdings. She also serves as a member of the Investment Committee and holds an essential vote over all major investment decisions. Kelly brings 18 years of experience across a breadth of capital markets, corporate finance and accounting roles, specifically in private equity and real estate, that will provide Mark IV with strong leadership and oversight of the Firm’s financial activities.
