Kellie DeVilbiss
Kellie DeVilbiss is Director of Asset Management for VennPoint, responsible for managing all real estate assets, renovations, and sourcing of new commercial deals. Kellie has more than 30 years of progressive experience building and leading profitable, market-leading firms. She was previously a Regional Vice President with Pinnacle, in charge of more than 4,000 units in her region where she was responsible for the ultimate execution of the business plan for each asset. Prior to Pinnacle, she was President of Jupiter Communities. She received her Bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Illinois-Chicago. Kellie is a managing broker in the state of Illinois, a court-appointed receiver, and the Executive Vice President and a member of the Executive Committee for the Chicagoland Apartment Association.
