Keith Stewart

Keith has been in the business for over 20 years following a short period working in London where he undertook acquisition and consultancy work for one of the world’s largest telecom operators. Since then he has specialised in industrial agency and development and has been an integral part in many industrial schemes in the North East. He acts for many funds, institutions, private and public landlords and regional and national developers and is credited with winning a number of awards for the business over the years for most active agent and most deals in the North East. Recently Keith has acquired industrial and logistics space for Stark, Luxury Leisure and Marelli Automotive and is involved in the North East’s largest industrial development at the International Advanced Manufacturing Park (IAMP) in Sunderland. In addition, Keith is involved with UK Land Estates development programme at Team Valley as well as Northumberland Estates development projects at Tyne Tunnel and Buccleuch/Argon’s industrial scheme at Drum Industrial Estate, Durham. Since then he has specialised in industrial agency and been an integral part of many industrial developments in the North East. Keith acts for many funds, institutions, private and public landlords and regional and national developers and is credited with winning a number of awards for the ‘most active agent’ and ‘most deals’ in the North East.
