Keith Serne

Keith specializes in the representation of tenants and landlords in industrial leasing transactions. He covers a wide territory, from the East Bay, to the Central Valley, to Solano County. Before joining at TRI Commercial, Keith worked as a representative for Davco – Tab Mechanical, a Plumbing and HVAC installation firm, where he gained “under the hood” insight of commercial properties undergoing construction and renovation. This specialized perspective continues to help Keith analyze development plans and run building diagnostics. Prior to breaking into the Commercial Real Estate, Keith initiated and completed his brokerage license. When he’s not at the TRI Commercial office in Walnut Creek or out in the field with clients, Keith enjoys travel and going to the cinema. First and foremost, Keith values time with his family and friends.
