Keith Scobbie

After graduating from Herriot Watt University in 1991, qualifying MRICS in 1993 Keith enjoyed spells of training as a young surveyor in the firm’s Edinburgh and Fife offices before establishing the firm’s Perth office in 1996, and having worked extensively throughout Perthshire and Tayside since. Specialising in commercial property where Keith is highly experienced in the delivery of valuation reports (for an extensive range of private, corporate and commercial clients), he also provides rent review advice to both Landlords and Tenants and is also key in overseeing and delivering disposal/agency services across a wide range of commercial property. Keith also remains actively involved in the delivery of residential Home Reports and regularly advises landowners and developers on a variety of valuation matters.
