Mr. Keith Parry joined Efraim & Associates, Inc. in 2005. Keith moved from New York City to Los Angeles in 1998 to manage the West Coast division of a large design/build contracting firm whose primary customers were Arco, Chevron, Shell, and Mobil, with a project management staff of over 40 employees and a fiscal budget of $50 million. He has 20 years of experience in commercial development, with a focus on grass root/ground-up developments. Keith started his career in the engineering/development department of Mobil Oil and holds general contractor's licenses in Arizona and Louisiana. He has a 40-hour OSHA certification. Keith graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Keith's strongest asset is his ability to problem solve. He routinely evaluates complex problems and recommends quality solutions to owners. Keith’s 20 years of experience with a large multi-unit general contractor tremendously benefits his customers. He has strong people skills and an excellent ability to coordinate activities with owners, agencies, project managers, superintendents, sub-contractors and inspectors.
