Keith Horton

Keith Horton is Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Facilities Officer of TowneBank. He oversees the development and implementation of construction, maintenance, strategy, and policy for all facilities. He is a founding member of TowneBank. Keith attended the Norfolk Technical Vocational Center, Tidewater Community College, The Banking College in Orlando, and IBM Financial Systems.
