Keith Gelb

Keith Gelb is a Managing Member and Executive Chairman of Rockpoint, serving in an advisory capacity on all aspects of the overall operations and management of the firm and all of Rockpoint’s investment activities. Mr. Gelb is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office. Prior to becoming Managing Member and Executive Chairman, Mr. Gelb served until 2025 as a Managing Member and Co-CEO of Rockpoint, which he co-founded. Prior to Rockpoint, Mr. Gelb was a Managing Member of Westbrook Real Estate Partners (“Westbrook”), the predecessor firm of Rockpoint. Prior to joining Westbrook in 1994, the year in which it was founded, Mr. Gelb worked at Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking Group, where he focused on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Gelb is actively involved with several educational institutions and other non-profit organizations. Mr. Gelb received a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
