Kees Janeway has over a decade of experience as a commercial real estate professional. The foundation of his career was cast in downtown Detroit, working with a variety of national retail clients traversing the country’s malls and high streets. Here he honed his skills in retail and restaurant leasing and furthered his career by joining Taubman Centers, where he was responsible for leasing a 28 mall national portfolio. After being on his own for several years he made a commitment to refocus on his passion for Detroit, Restaurants, and Retail, and partnered with Jacob Sworski to create ICONIC in early 2017 - Detroit’s premier full-service commercial real estate brokerage.
