Keely Polczynski is a Senior Managing Director in Newmark’s Chicago office focused on the sale of institutional retail real estate. Polczynski, who has generated sales surpassing $6.5 billion in value over her career, advises clients nationally in their disposition efforts. Polczynski is a key member of the Newmark Retail Capital Markets Group, which focuses on retail investment sales, recapitalizations and financings across North America. She consistently delivers superior value to her clients by getting them premium pricing and attractive terms, in turn establishing herself as a top producer in the industry. Polczynski is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Before joining Newmark, Polczynski held positions as leader of Midwest Retail Investment Sales at JLL and as a senior partner of the CBRE Chicago Capital Markets Institutional Properties Team.
