Keegan Matheson joined JLL’s Metro Vancouver Industrial Group in 2021. Keegan prides himself on his competitive spirit and client-first mentality. He primarily focuses on the Surrey and Langley Industrial markets, specializing in agency leasing and tenant representation. Keegan leverages his GIS mapping and data visualization skills to provide his clients with unique, data-driven market insights. Keegan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree from Western University Specialization in Geography. In his senior year, Keegan was named captain of The University of Western Ontario’s varsity rugby team. He cherishes his background in athletics, as it has allowed him to thrive in team environments and gain valuable leadership experience.
