Katy Rosecrans

Katy Rosecrans has been a licensed, full-time Broker since 2004. She is the founder of the Oregon 360 Real Estate Group, located in SMI Real Estate’s newest location in Albany, Oregon. With many years of experience brokering properties, what she is most proud of is the number of customers who return or refer their friends and family to her. She strives to provide a level of service and knowledge that can help clients feel confident in their home or investment purchase. Her expertise is vast – she works with clients buying their first home and also with seasoned investors. Navigating real estate and guiding clients with unique needs is her passion. Born and raised in Scio, Oregon, Katy moved to Albany while finishing her Bachelor’s degree at Oregon State University. She liked Albany so much that she decided to make it her home. She has three children — twin daughters and a son. Katy is also very active; she makes time for her health daily by practicing yoga, Zumba, or just going to the gym!
