Katy Anastasio has consistently demonstrated superior talent in the real estate industry. In addition to founding a very successful real estate agency on Long Island’s North Shore, Katy’s expertise is often sought by writers from Newsday, The New York Times and other national members of real estate media. She has earned the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute) and CRB (Certified Residential Broker) certifications and has mastered numerous appraisal courses in addition to being licensed as a Broker in the State of New York. Katy is a certified transferee specialist, counseling relocating employees and employers on a regular basis. She has been a director at the Long Island Board of Realtors and at the New York State Association of Realtors.
