Kathy Watson has been associated with Welsh Properties LTD Partnership since 1993 and has been responsible for bookkeeping, accounting, property management, real estate leases, property taxes, insurance coverage, and maintenance requests on all of our leased buildings along with coordinating bid documents for all new project submittals. She handles the maintenance of all leases for payments, renewals, extensions, cpi increases, online invoicing, property tax reimbursements along with the maintenance and upkeep of pictures/info for our in-house portfolio and website related to our buildings.
