Kathy Wanner

Kathy holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of San Diego. She is a member of the National Institute of Public Procurement and holds the Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) certification from the Universal Public Procurement Certification Council. Kathy has been a member of Idaho Public Purchasing Association since 2010 and has served in various IPPA board positions, including president. Kathy is a graduate of the 2021-2023 Leadership Boise program.
