During Kathy’s 20 + year career in commercial real estate, she has been involved with the acquisition, disposition, financing, valuation, asset management of over 1,000 commercial properties, including office, retail, industrial, apartments, mixed use, and subdivisions. Kathy Killion has a degree in Real Estate and Urban Economic Studies from the University of Connecticut. Kathy is involved with the Arlington-East Falls Church Civic Association, and volunteers with AHC, Inc., the leading affordable housing non-profit organization. Kathy volunteers as a tutor and mentor with Horton’s Kids.
