Kathy Evans

I am a lifelong resident of Troup County. I have 2 daughters, Ericka, Emily, my son-in-law , Jake and one Grand daughter, Rainey Jane. I also have 3 grand dogs , Lucy, Minnie and Poppy. I am currently fostering a dog from Troup County Human Society. My dad is the minister at Baptist Tabernacle where I have been a lifelong member. I attended Coastal Carolina College from 1986-1990 with an art major. I have been a licensed Realtor since 1997. I was a Graduate of Realtor® Institute in 1997 and also rookie of the year with Troup County Board of Realtors®. I have been a licensed REALTOR® in Lagrange for over 25 years. I have served on numerous boards, positions, and committees with the Troup County Board of Realtors® including 1998 Secretary/Treasurer, 1999 Vice President. 2000 President, 2001 Past Advisor, 2013 State forms committee, 2010-2014 State Director. I have been with McKeen Realty since 2017. I am currently working here at McKeen Realty as a licensed agent/assistant to the broker Lamar and Molly McKeen. When I am not working I enjoy art, painting, being around the water anywhere to boat, kayak, and swim.
