Kathleen Leito

Kathleen Leito is a Managing Director of Real Estate and leads Third-Party Operations in New England. Kathleen is responsible for overseeing and mentoring a team consisting of Directors, Regional Managers, Regional Maintenance, Capital Management, Pre-Development Services, and Operations. She also manages new business opportunities and client relations for Massachusetts and Connecticut and helps represent the New England region in the company’s diversity, equality, and inclusion initiatives. Kathleen has over twenty-one years of experience in the multifamily industry and with pre-development services, Class A lease-up, and stabilized assets, construction and renovation product types, mixed-use projects, and marketing. Throughout her career, she has been involved in over 40 lease-ups ranging from Washington, DC to Boston. Prior to joining Greystar in 2008, Kathleen had a tenured career with JPI holding multiple positions within the industry. Kathleen initially began her career in the multifamily industry in the Mid-West with Archstone. Kathleen is actively involved with the Massachusetts Apartment Association, for which she previously sat on the Board of Directors. Kathleen attended SUNY Dutchess, where she studied Liberal Arts with a concentration in Business Administration and Management.
