Kathleen Gillespie

Born and raised in Paducah, Kathleen Gillespie grew up in a real estate family…it just is in her blood! Whether she is helping a tenant look for a place to open a business, or working with an investor to find that next great deal, it is her passion to pair the perfect piece of real estate with her client. With the culture of shopping malls changing and many historic buildings needing to be filled, Kathleen has found that some of her favorite projects have involved the reuse of existing infrastructure. There is something incredibly satisfying about seeing an older space find a new purpose. With several years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate transactions (and doing so as a Paducah native!), Kathleen offers a unique skill set and understanding of the Paducah real estate market. And she thinks perhaps the best part about her job is making incredible relationships along the way.
