Katheryn Roberts
In 2021, Katheryn Roberts became the Broker / Owner of Greater Houston Commercial Real Estate. For the first fifteen years of her career, Katheryn worked in the software industry in marketing, business development, and sales. In 2013, she was able to bring her experience to the commercial real estate industry where she worked as a Realtor® for Greater Houston Commercial Real Estate. Katheryn’s property management experience includes management of single-home leases, multi-family duplexes, a 16-unit apartment complex for 55 and older tenants, and Hanna Business Park, a multi-tenant retail/office/ warehouse development that provides 203,000 SF of space. She is also experienced in construction management, from the clearing of the land, to the final build-to-suit completion. Katheryn graduated with a BA from the University of Texas at Austin.
