Katherine Weaver is a Managing Director at Pegasus Investments where she specializes in advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of net leased retail, shopping centers and healthcare properties throughout the country. Pegasus Investments is one of the foremost leading advisory firms within the single tenant and multi-tenant net leased market. With the vertical integration of investment sales, capital markets and asset management business arms under its umbrella, Pegasus offers its clients highly customized, creative, streamlined execution. Katherine provides a full range of investment advisory services to her clients which include developers, owner/operators, REITs, private equity funds, family offices and private investors. She specializes in advising clients on sale leaseback and traditional portfolio sales, 1031 exchanges, lease ‘blend and extends’ and traditional single asset acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining Pegasus in 2015, Katherine traded agricultural commodities at The Scoular Company, a large privately owned agricultural merchandising firm. Katherine graduated cum laude from Furman University with a B.A. in Economics. She was raised in Kansas City and now lives with her husband and son in Los Angeles.
