Kate grew up in the real estate business under the guidance of her father as an attorney and real estate broker for commercial properties in South Lake County. On her father’s advice, she received her degree from UCF majoring in accounting and began her career as an accountant and auditor with public accounting firms until 2005. It was then that she moved to New Smyrna Beach and began practicing real estate while also later working as an accounting supervisor, CAM, and Broker of record for a local real estate/CAM firm in New Smyrna Beach. After building her experience in managing condo communities, selling real estate, and managing vacation rentals, in 2015, she opened NSB Realty Team, a full-service real estate firm specializing in vacation rentals, home sales, and community management in New Smyrna Beach, FL. Why open the firm? It’s simple! Her goal and her client's goals are the same, to provide outstanding services that create an unparalleled experience that is personally rewarding to all.
