Katherine Laird

Katherine Laird joined CenturyPacific in 2000, bringing to the team her years of experience as a former land use attorney. Ms. Laird assists public and private clients with real estate and land use issues of all kinds, from permitting of development projects and negotiating agreements with governmental authorities regarding development conditions; entitlement work, including rezones as required for proposed projects; drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, easements and other transaction documents and advising clients on environmental issues relating to business operations and real estate transactions. Ms. Laird provides project management services for projects of all sizes, from ground up construction to tenant improvements. These services range from interviewing and assembling the development team to construction oversight and project closeout. Prior to joining CenturyPacific in 2000, Ms. Laird was a partner in the Real Estate and Land Use department of Davis Wright Tremaine. Ms. Laird earned her Bachelor’s degree at Pennsylvania State University in Political Science, her law degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, cum laude, Order of the Coif
