Katelyn Mathis

Katelyn Mathis is a Houston-based Account Manager supporting the Office Tenant Rep team, working directly with Dan Boyles, Charlie Neuhaus, and Harry Holmes. Prior to Partners, Katelyn worked at Deal Sikes, a Houston-based real estate valuation and counseling firm where she served as an Analyst. There, she was responsible for the preparation of valuation reports for condemnation cases and tax purposes, acquisitions, undivided ownership interests, refinancing and lending. She was also tasked in observing and researching market developments and monitoring transactions that included vacant land and existing/proposed developments.
