Kate Schmitz

Kate Schmitz joined Kidder Mathews in January of 2018. Working on the brokerage team with Marcella Harrison, Kate represents a broad spectrum of industries throughout the Bay Area. With her main focus on industrial, Kate also specializes in retail, office and medical space. Prior to entering the real estate business, Kate was an account executive for Cumulus Media, selling sponsorships for the San Francisco Giants, 49ers and Golden State Warriors. Kate leveraged her market knowledge, analytical background, and strong attention to detail to provide input for client decisions resulting in numerous sales awards including Rookie of the Year. Kate was born and raised in the Bay Area, only leaving for a four year stint to attend college at the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!). In addition to Kate’s real estate career, Kate volunteers for the Bay Area Make Wish Chapter as a Wish Granter. Kate also advises her local sorority chapter, Chi Omega, at the Cal Berkeley campus.
