Kate’s core competency is the pricing, negotiation, and financing of income-producing commercial real estate and land. Prior to joining KW Comnercial, Kate worked for as a tenant and buyer representative helping companies gain competitive advantage in finding strategic real estate locations by negotiating aggressive office and industrial leases, and acquisition of land. Kate’s success in saving companies money on rent expense through market knowledge, rent concessions, and experience on real estate negotiations has helped her to win the respect of multinational clients, including Flexicon, Warsteiner Beer Importers, EagleBurgmann Industries, and Valley Forge Composites Technology. Kate has an MBA in Commercial Real Estate & Finance, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
