Kate Granahan joined CBRE in 2022 as a Senior Associate. She serves on a high performing Industrial and Logistics team in New Jersey led by Kevin Dudley and Chad Hillyer – the team’s Executive Vice Presidents, and Vice President, Nick Klacik. Kate’s main focus is on tenant and agency representation. Prior to joining the company, Kate was an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield where she solely focused on industrial properties. Kate is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New Jersey.
