Kate Damato

Damato’s strengths lie in understanding her clients’ business goals and strategies, with a proven track record of developing and managing solid partnerships with local, regional, and national business leaders. Her role at Forte will be to serve and support professional services, healthcare, non-profit, and private equity firms with in-depth market research, site selection, and risk management through lease negotiations. Damato attended Metro State University with a focus on Business Administration and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Minnesota. She is a member of Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW), Coalition 9, and a member of Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), TCN Worldwide, and the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce.
