Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, he spent 20 years building and leading a boutique commercial brokerage where he represented landlords, tenants, and investors on a wide range of retail and mixed-use assets. He is passionate about helping clients position properties for long-term value and creating strategies that connect great brands with the right locations. Assignments Provided representation to Academy Award-winning hyperrealist sculptor Kazuhiro Tsuji in securing his art studio headquarters in Los Angeles. Represented global engineering and construction-materials testing firm in the procurement of their new Orange County headquarters. Guided the U.S. expansion for a boutique specialty retail brand. Represented a prominent jewelry and fashion designer in the acquisition of her Los Angeles headquarters and creative studio.
