With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and nearly two decades overseeing all aspects of Food & Beverage Retail Leasing at Hospitality House, Karma has successfully orchestrated hundreds of transactions which include Black Tap, Seamore’s, Umami Prime, Citizens, Boqueria, Café Clover and Jack’s Wife Freda. Karma’s passion for and experience in the industry provides her with the unique ability to serve both landlords and tenants with meaningful and long lasting real estate solutions. Karma holds a Bachelors Degree in Culinary Management from Le Cordon Bleu as well as a Culinary Arts Degree from The Art Institute of New York City. Her front of house experience, in some of Manhattan’s most successful hospitality venues, positions her to be keenly aware of the niche needs of owners and operators alike.
