With extensive experience in the commercial real estate market, Karla specializes in lease negotiations and advising her clients on real estate strategy to meet their business goals. Her responsibilities include business development, lease negotiation, transaction management, and strategic marketing on behalf of clients. Before joining Transwestern in 2019, Karla previously worked at CoStar Group where she was a Marketing Research Advisor. In this role, she was responsible for conducting analyses on recent sale and lease transactions, building and maintaining positive relationships with real estate professionals and collaborating with the marketing team to curate ads, reports, and publications.
