ABOUT

Her primary focus is on asset valuation, market research, and business development for multi-family and mixed-use investment real estate. Prior to joining Essex, Karla worked in marketing and transaction management for a residential real estate brokerage. She also manages her own residential investment portfolio. Karla credits her exceptional creative and analytical problem-solving skills to her background in music, which is her passion outside of the office. When not at work, Karla can be seen performing as a professional violinist in concert halls, theaters, and anywhere where live music is appreciated. EDUCATION Karla received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maryland. Her primary studies included Music & Economics
