Karl Schwemlein was introduced to commercial real estate at a young age through his family's commercial investment properties. He learned quickly that in order to manage a profitable asset, challenges must be met swiftly with intelligence, hard work, and integrity. In 2009, after graduating from Drexel University, Karl began his commercial real estate career with MS Fox Real Estate Group as a commercial realtor. In that time he has represented both tenants and landlords in a variety of office, retail, and medical transactions. By understanding the needs of both parties, Karl is able to offer a unique insight and get his clients the most favorable deal, based on their needs.
