With more than fifteen (15) years of comprehensive experience in the real estate industry—and the past ten (10) years focused exclusively on commercial real estate—Karl brings a seasoned, multi-disciplinary background to the clients and communities he serves. His practice spans the full spectrum of commercial brokerage, with specialization in sales and leasing across retail, office, medical, flex/industrial, and land assets, including outlot parcels and agricultural holdings. Karl represents landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers, providing advisory services that are grounded in market intelligence, financial understanding, and long-term value strategy. In addition to his brokerage work, Karl actively manages a portfolio of commercial real estate owned by himself and his investment partners.
