Karl Hudson

Karl Hudson IV, CCIM, is a Principal at Foundry Commercial, where he co-leads the Land Advisory Team in Raleigh, NC. He focuses on the acquisition and disposition of land and buildings throughout the Carolinas, having successfully completed nearly 400 transactions totaling more than $800 million and involving over 9,200 acres of land. Karl is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, and he holds the esteemed Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. A native of Raleigh, Karl graduated from Broughton High School and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Marketing from the University of South Carolina in Columbia.
