Karen Hong is a real estate professional and broker focused on serving commercial clients across the Florida market. She has completed more than $100 million in transaction volume, totaling over 1 million square feet from 350 lease and sale transactions. She has worked with regional and national brands such as Supercuts, Bento, Tour Les Jours, Bojangles, Crafty Crab Seafood Restaurant, Kyuramen, Bonchon, MochiNut, and Boost Mobile, among others. Because of her extensive background as a restaurant entrepreneur, owner, chef, and real estate investor, Karen specializes in serving restaurant owners and other business entrepreneurs. Karen launched her career in real estate working for Prime Realty as a sales associate and was later promoted as the Vice President of Brokerage in 2019, where she specialized in third-party leasing for retail and site selection for regional and national tenants pursuing the Orlando, Miami, Tampa, and Jacksonville markets. She later became the Director of Retail at leading commercial real estate firm Colliers International Florida in 2020. Karen expanded her horizons and opened up a commercial real estate firm in Orlando as the CEO of Foresight Real Estate in 2022. Karen is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. She is licensed as a Florida REALTOR®, Florida real estate broker, and is a certified translator in English to Mandarin. She is a Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). She is a member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
