Karen D’Alberto, MBA/Principal, moved to the area in 2003 to complete her college studies. With a diverse entrepreneurial, finance, and sales background, she brings superb customer service and leadership to Curri Commercial. After purchasing her first investment property in 2009, Karen’s passion for the growing area and real estate career began. Prior to joining Curri Properties in 2014, she owned and operated retail businesses, worked for local high-tech start-ups, and spent time as a Business Broker doing business acquisitions and valuations. She continues to manage an investment property portfolio and is a multimillion-dollar producer year-over-year. Karen resides in Satellite Beach with her partner-in-crime, Chip Perkins, and son, Rylan.
