Karen Clarke is a Senior Vice President on Transwestern Denver’s brokerage team that specializes in tenant advisory for office properties in the Denver and Colorado Springs markets. Karen joined Transwestern in 2010 and has 26 years of real estate experience. Over the last two decades she has represented clients in over 10 million square feet of office, retail, and flex. Karen has worked with wide range of clients including Stinson Leonard Street LLP, Haynes and Boone LLP, Hilb, Rogal and Hobbs (HRH), GTT Technologies, Circle K, CH2M Hill, Metso Minerals, EDMC, and Federal Express. Karen is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) and Denver South Economic Development Partnership.
