Karan Cheema

Karan Cheema has lived in Indianapolis, IN since 2006 and has a unique background. He grew up in a family-owned trucking business working part-time all the way through college. He received Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and an MBA with a focus on Finance, both from Indiana University. Currently Karan owns and operates a commercial real estate brokerage as well as manage his own commercial investment properties. Karan decided to get his Real Estate license because he loved meeting new people, working on deals, and having a flexible work schedule. His experience in the transportation industry has given him a great deal of knowledge on commercial and industrial properties. Karan is able to see the viewpoints of buyers and sellers rather than just of an agent. He believes that no one can fully understand the real estate industry until they've owned properties themselves. He owns investment real estate himself and in assisting clients, he tries to see the matter from their point of view and aims to provide the best possible service. Whether buying, selling, or leasing commercial property, Karan is ready to work hard to meet your needs. He is not overstretched like other agents who have more listings than they can handle, don't follow up on all their leads, and don't put enough effort into marketing the property.
