Kara Blue

Kara Blue is a dedicated Advisor at SVN Raleigh, a boutique commercial real estate firm in Raleigh, North Carolina. She brings a diverse background in real estate development, project management, property management and brokerage. Kara began her career in Charlotte, managing over 1 million square feet of Class A office space. Her passion for real estate development flourished as she participated in ground-up projects and managed tenant build-outs. One of her standout achievements is managing the redevelopment of a historic textile mill in Charlotte, transforming it into a vibrant mixed-use development while preserving its historical essence. In the Raleigh market, Kara specializes in office and retail. Her experience spans buyer and seller representation, as well as landlord and tenant assignments. An engaged member of the community, Kara founded an art festival in her hometown, sits on the Design Review Committee for the city of Raleigh, and regularly volunteers with local nonprofits. Kara is an alumna of Appalachian State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication with a minor in Leadership. She also holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Development from UNC Charlotte. Kara enjoys concerts, hiking, reading and hanging with her dogs (Goose & Greta).
